Where is my order?

Due to the high volume of orders, there may be some delays in shipping from our warehouse. However, please rest assured that your package is still being sorted and packed and will be on its way soon. We really appreciate your patience and support during this busy time.

Please keep an eye on your emails for tracking information and check your tracking number for the latest information!

If it has been more than 14 business days and you have not received your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Once you place an order, our warehouse team will do their best to ensure that your order is packed and processed in a timely manner. Therefore, we cannot interfere with this process or make any amendments once you have paid.

If you are not satisfied with the product or no longer need it, you are welcome to return it to us using our free returns service. We support a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

When returning the product, please include your order number and the name and address used when placing the order on the return form.

All returned items must be unopened, unused and in the original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item is unsaleable.

Please process a return here. Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund/exchange.

Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Once you place an order, our warehouse team will do their best to ensure that your order is packed and processed in a timely manner. Therefore, once you have paid, we will not be able to intervene in this process or make any modifications.

If you are not satisfied with the product or no longer need it, you are welcome to return it to us using our free return service. We support a refund within 30 days after receiving the product.

What should I do if I made a mistake with the address on my order?

Please be extra careful when entering your shipping instructions at checkout. We only have a short time to modify the address after your order is placed. If your package has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address for you. Please understand.

If you find that you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the correct address information. We will do our best to help you!

What should I do if my order is lost?

If you do not receive your order within the stipulated delivery time, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of ordering the product. After this period, KUX reserves the right to decide whether to send you a replacement item.

For international customers, please allow up to 16 business days before contacting us regarding a lost order.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

We will do our best to ensure that you do not receive the wrong item, but this may happen occasionally. , please contact our customer service team and provide a picture of the wrong item and a member of our customer service team will provide you with further assistance.

There's an item missing from my order, what should I do?

If you receive your order and an item is missing, please check your emails or junk emails to see if you’ve received an out of stock notice from us.

If you haven’t received this, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details so we can resolve this for you.

Why can't I find an item that I've seen advertised?

We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn’t always possible – if there is something you see advertised and it isn’t in stock yet please keep your eyes on our website and social media for new launches!

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, our current mailing bags are made from 100% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. We are currently working on improving our e-cigarette molds and packaging to also be 100% recyclable.

How can I find out what ingredients are in your products?

We try to include this information on all products that contain ingredients. If we have missed any ingredients or you would like more information, please contact our customer service team and provide the product name.
